YesterdayNew tenant in the JR Pavilion
Tom Stayt was the last winner of the John Ruddick Award in JR's lifetime. It seems quite fitting, therefore, that he should now take up tenancy of the pavilion which bears his name - particularly since John would have undoubtedly approved of the building's use by the club's 1st team captain.
All at Bath CC would like to wish Tom well as he starts this new adventure in his life and, judging by how popular he has already become, he will make a great success of his business life there.
Tom says :
“As of September 1st, I have opened my Personal Training studio in the JR pavilion at the cricket club. Some of you will have known John Ruddick or will at least have heard about him. I am very honoured to be able to work in his pavilion, it is an impressive building and fantastic space to train people in. The studio looks great inside, I have enough equipment and space to train people of all ages, abilities and training goals. Needless to say the view from the balcony provides a rather spectacular back-drop and the outdoor space surrounding it gives me huge flexibility in terms of different training modes.
I have been working with many of the players and members since I started my business last winter, and will be continuing to do so this winter in the new studio. I am also going to be working closely with the senior men’s sides and TOPs programme to provide fitness and conditioning work in preparation for the 2011 season, which after such a great 2010, I am already excited about. I will continue to offer discounts to Bath CC members and also have a referral scheme if you tell friends and family about what I am doing.
I would love you to come and have a look around and see what the JR pavilion is now being used for! Feel free to get in touch and arrange a visit.
Many thanks.”
