INDOOR CRICKET CENTRE SCHOOL PRIVATE HIRE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Bookings must be made 24 hours in advance

Bookings must be paid for in advance via the Bath CC Website here or for long term block bookings can be made via the office and will be invoiced upfront.

No refunds for cancellation or non-attendance will be provided

An induction covering health and safety, fire evacuation procedures, group size and security must take place with the Director of Cricket or appointed Bath CC staff member, prior to the first hire period.
Hirers will be asked to sign to confirm that they have understood our safety procedures

Hirers must complete their own health and safety risk assessment of the activity and ensure safeguarding regulations are followed (if applicable)

Hirers must make their own arrangements for the provision of first aid, a kit is available within the school

All injuries or incidents are the responsibility of the Hirer unless the injury is a result of equipment or the school premises. All accidents/incidents must be reported to the Director of Cricket at the time or as quickly as possible after the event

Hirers must have their own insurance for the group activity

Hirers must not exceed the stipulated maximum of people permissible within the school . Non-participants will not be allowed inside the playing area. (charges will be applied for addtional lanes or equipment used)

Protective equipment must be worn when using the school

Bowling machines are available for hire but will require an additional induction cost of £25
Only authorised operators who have completed a specific induction may use bowling specified machines. 

Hirers are expected to always behave safely and respectfully (within thier own group and additonal hirers in neighbouring net lanes) and ensure that the property is left clean, tidy and undamaged. All damage to the site caused by the hiring group must be paid for by the Hirer

No alcohol is permitted on site

Please ensure the external door is fully closed when leaving the session

Hiring of the Bath Indoor Cricket Centre does not include car parking.
Parking is in the main car park - subject to availability - payment can be made on arrival.

Bath Cricket Club is not responsible for lost property (items will be held for one week before being given to charity or disposed of)
