Arrows vs Sabres

Arrows continued their winning success with a 79 run win over Bath Sabres.

Arrows lost the toss and were inserted to bat. Openers Sam and Ethan got off to a great start rotating the strike will against the opening batters. Both openers were dismissed in the middle overs leaving Sam with 22runs and Ethan with 17, including a 50 run partnership. Tom came in at number 3 and played a vital role in keeping the Arrows in the game with an amazing 35 off 36 balls leaving the arrows finishing with 128 runs.

Into the second innings and the Sabres get off to a great start hitting 12 off the first over but in reply both opening bowlers Seb and Louis take vital wickets to dismiss both the openers and keep the Arrows on top. All Arrow bowlers bowled exceptionally well taking wickets and keeping the Sabres total down to a minimum. Specials mentions go to Seb for picking up 3 wickets and Wilf for an unbelievable spell with 4 overs 3 Maidens 1 run and 3 wickets. Arrows finish winning by 79 runs.
