Bath have advanced to the National KO 1/4 finals after a hard fought victory over Bridgwater yesterday.
Bridgwater set an imposing target of 271 from 40 overs, Matt Cadywould the most successful of the Bath bowlers taking 2/48 from his 7 overs. Bath secured victory with 1 ball to spare, thanks to a magnificent 100 from Tim Rouse, well supported by Jack Scrivens (52) and Ashur Morrison (45). It was left to Paul Muchall and Kester Moseley to get the team over the line, Muchall hitting a 6 off the penultimate ball.
