Despite the weather ending Finals day early yesterday there was still time for another record to be broken as Jack Scrivens smashed a 50 from just 12 balls opening the batting!

Playing in the first semi final and batting first Bath amassed a huge total of 254/7 from their 20 overs with Scrivens eventually being dismissed for 75 from 20 balls. There was also plenty of big hitting from Brad Porteous (65 from 37 balls), Ashur Morrison (45 from 19 balls) and Charlie Brain (35 from 20 balls).

It was always like to be too many for Bridgwater to chase and so it proved as they scored 185/6 from their 20 overs. Porteous once again showing his effectiveness in the short format taking 3/22, with Paul Muchall also picking up a couple.

Potterne won the 2nd semi final but there was no chance of the final taking place so we now wait for a new date for the game to be played.
