Mentoring is a school-based initiative designed to support young people through guidance, positive role models, and meaningful engagement both in and out of the classroom.

Our mentoring programme sees us working closely with local schools, supporting pupils who benefit from additional encouragement and structure. Through regular sessions, we build strong relationships and provide a consistent, trusted presence within the school environment.

Using cricket as a tool for engagement, we create a relaxed and inclusive setting where young people can develop confidence, communication, and social skills. Sessions are adapted to individual needs, ensuring each participant feels supported, valued, and able to take part.

Beyond the activity itself, the focus is on personal development, helping pupils improve behaviour, build resilience, and develop a more positive outlook. Through strong connections and ongoing support, we aim to make a lasting impact on each young person we work with.

Support us

Your support helps us continue to deliver our Mentoring Programme and provide consistent guidance to young people who need it most. Contributions go directly towards staffing, training, and the resources required to run meaningful sessions within schools.

It also enables us to build long-term relationships with pupils, offering regular support and positive role models that can make a real difference to confidence, behaviour, and overall wellbeing. Your support helps us create a safe and trusted environment where young people feel heard and valued.

If you’d like to donate below, any amount is greatly appreciated. It costs £300 to support a young person for a full term of mentoring, or £1,800 to fund a full year. Whether you choose to contribute towards a term or help sustain the programme long-term, every donation makes a real difference to the lives of the young people we work with.
