Bath Cricket Club lost the toss and were put into bat in a rain-affected game. Openers Jack Scrivens and Ben Wells made a flying start, with 100 runs coming up inside six overs. Scrivens was the first to fall, dismissed for 39 from just 16 balls.

After several rain interruptions, Wells eventually departed for a quickfire 73 from only 34 deliveries. Shortly afterwards, Dixon was dismissed for 3 before a heavy downpour left little chance of play resuming.

That proved to be the case, with both teams agreeing to settle the match with a bowl-off. Bath came out on top 3-0, with George Axtell, James Arney and Jacob Lewis all hitting the stumps.

Bath now head to Bristol Cricket Club for the next round.
