Bath Progress In The National!

Bath CC 1st XI v Bristol CC 1st XI – ECB National Club Championship – Round 3

Following Bath’s exhilarating run chase in Cornwall two weeks ago to beat Penzance by four wickets in the ECB National Club Championship, Bath’s 1st XI will face Bristol’s 1st XI this Sunday in round three of this national cup.

Having a strong history in this national competition, Bath’s 1st XI captain Harry Ellison is looking forward to the challenge of taking on their Prem One rivals this weekend. He said: “Having reached four previous finals, and picked up the title in 2021, our club has a good track record and huge affection with this national competition. We are going into Sunday with a strong side including Sam Young, our centurion and man of the match from the win over Penzance. With the winner of this match progressing to another home draw, this is really an exciting opportunity for the players and our club.”

This 40 over match will start at North Parade at 1pm on Sunday.
