Bath CC 2nd XI v Knowle CC 1st XI

After winning the toss and electing to field at North Parade on Saturday, Bath 2nd XI struck early with Josh Sutton trapping Jake Luffman (0) in the first over of the match. Mark Coombes (59) and Oliver Haynes (21) and Joe Brimble (16) rebuilt to take Knowle up to 140-4 when Bath took the important wicket of Coombes. Colin Archibald then hit a run-a-ball 52 to help take the away sides total up to 214 as they were bowled out in the 47th over. Josh Sutton (3-9) and Kester Moseley (2-16) were the pick of the bowlers.

Bath started their reply very positively, reaching 27 without loss in the fourth over when rain hit to abandon the match.
