Bath CC 3rd XI v Shirehampton CC 1st XI

Bath 3rd XI played hosts to Shirehampton’s 1st XI on Saturday at the Brownsword Ground. After winning the toss and electing to field, the home side started well with skipper, Tim Scott (3-19) picking up both openers with 31 on the board. Shirehampton then lost wickets at regular intervals with the Bath bowlers combining well to eventually bowl the away side out for 181 in the 38th over. In addition to Scott, Rob Patch (3-36) and James Miles (2-39) were the pick of the bowlers.

There was no further play after tea as rain hit to abandon this match.
